Due to a low restrictions and their affordable costs to run campaigns, in page push ads have become a very popular way to promote affiliate offers.

Now let’s look at average prices and how ad networks are selling in-page push ads.

Push ads and in-page push campaigns perform differently. Unlike regular push ads, in-page push are displayed directly on the users webpages without asking for permission to show them. And this fact makes in-page push format one of the most attractive ways to run campaigns.

In general, in-page push ads look like classic push notifications. The ad includes a text block as well as square image. When clicking on it, the user is directed to the landing page.

This article, created by RichAds team, will break down the specifics of pricing models, in-page push ads pricing, and the key factors that influence them!

Pricing models for in-page push ads

In-page push campaigns use two pricing models: CPM and CPC. They suit different advertising goals and give flexibility to marketers.

  • CPM is cost per mile and means that you pay for every 1000 impressions of your ads.
  • CPC, or cost per click, you pay every time the target audience clicks on the ad.

RichAds ad network recommends to run in-page push campaigns using CPC model. Unlike CPM where you pay for ad impressions, the CPC model makes affiliate marketers pay for user engagement, in this case it’s a click.

How the budgeting for in-page push ads is evaluated in auction?

Let’s discover how CPC bids are calculated. Many ad networks use Real-Time Bidding (RTB) to buy and sell in-page push traffic ads. This is why it’s called an “auction”: an ad placement request is being evaluated on a publisher’s site in real-time based on similar targeting criteria. The ad with the highest bid wins the placement, so advertisers are competing to bid the most they are willing to pay.

Also, you need to consider the Win Rate. It’s the percentage of time a bid wins a placement based on auction data. For example, a Win Rate of 50% means an ad campaign with a similar bid will win on publisher sites 50% of the time. This metric helps advertisers to know how competitive their bids are and adjust accordingly.

domain ads costs start from $1.5 (CPM), native ads — from $0.001 (CPC),

What other factors can influence the cost of in-page push ads?

In-page push ad campaign budget depends on many factors, such as targeting and GEO.

Commissions are different for mobile and desktop campaigns. There is no one size fits all. So we, the RichAds team, recommend running desktop and mobile ads separately to estimate better the budget for in-page push ads and optimize.

Also in-page push ad cost in 2025 depends on verticals. In RichAds, the top niches for this format for mobile traffic are Gambling, Betting, Dating, and eCommerce. On desktops, the most converting offers are Gambling, Betting, Dating, and Antiviruses.

As you know CPC for classic push notification ads and in-page push ads varies from country to country. We prepared for you a small table to help you decide in which country to launch in-page push notification ads.

Push traffic faces new challenges in 2025. Expert affiliates talk about new Chrome regulations and a threat of increased competition in the market. But the push format develops. Now affiliates have a chance to test iOS Calendar push traffic, outrun competitors, and boost ROI.

This article teaches what Calendar push is and how to drive the best traffic first.

What Is iOS Calendar Push Traffic?

iOS Calendar push traffic is a new ad format for 2024 and 2025. It is displayed in a Calendar app on iOS and macOS in the form of a scheduled event. Calendar ads have a title, link, and description (optionally).

How calendar push ads look like
Calendar push ads on iOS

As well as for an upcoming event, users can see reminders of it from the Calendar app. Sounds pretty cool, right? Though this kind of advertising seems pretty aggressive, it is exactly what usually performs best with push traffic.

According to the RichAds numbers, iOS Calendar Push traffic sources convert similarly to the New sources (with recently added audiences) where the average CR is traditionally high.

Let’s see how calendar push ads work in more detail.

How iOS Calendar Push Traffic Works

To see your ads, a user must subscribe to receive notifications themselves and can unsubscribe at any time. It’s the same principle as for web push traffic.

After the opt-in, users see your ad as a scheduled event in a calendar. Also, they can receive alerts about it from the Calendar app on their desktop.

How Calendar Push Ads Look Like

The image is the main visual difference between web push and calendar push ads. In both desktop and mobile devices, calendar notification ads have no icon or main image. What do advertisers bet on in this case?

  • Title

It is the main component to attract attention and the most important part of your campaign. The title is what the user sees first in their calendar and reminders. It needs to be catchy and promising to lure a user. We recommend testing different angles of titles (not less than 5) for maximum conversion.

  • URL

Don’t forget to paste a link to your landing page. It can be found in the description of the calendar push ad. As a landing page is the second important thing to attract customers’ attention, use the best practices for landing pages.

  • Text

A short ad copy is displayed in the Notes of the event. Here you can attract users with some special bonuses or describe more what’s your offer is about.

Benefits of Calendar Push Ads for Advertisers

New ad formats are always promising more profit. It’s reasonable: the market is less saturated and constantly growing, the fresh audience, and the advertising more catchy. But what exactly makes iOS Calendar push ads so special?

  • High-quality push traffic from iOS and macOS devices. On average, this audience is considered to have higher income, making them a gold mine for affiliate marketers.
  • Ads are delivered on a locked screen (mobile devices). More visibility than ever before.
  • No images are needed. Elementary launching, testing, and optimization process.
  • Natural but aggressive and personalized looks. Calendar push ads resemble the event on the standard calendar app, which is something the user trusts.
  • Higher CR of a more qualified and fresh audience.
  • Testing with smaller budgets compared to other advertising formats. The CPC model allows paying only when a user clicks on the ad’s link.
  • Great for start, building an email list, or retargeting.
  • Allows multiple options for targeting audiences on the RichAds ad platform. For maximum campaign performance, don’t forget to set the relevant browser language, and choose the latest iOS version and newest devices. Make sure you ask for whitelists from your manager.

iOS Calendar Push Traffic in Affiliate Marketing

Push traffic has been on the market since 2018. Now we can say that push notifications advertising has luckily overcome Chrome 80 updates and even market changes due to Covid. Although it has become more and more popular, new push types appear, like an in-page push in 2020 and a calendar push in 2021. It allows affiliate marketers to cherry-pick from the new advertising format first and drive conversions from the fresh audience.

Which Verticals Perform Best with Calendar Push

Generally, calendar push traffic is as generic and all-purpose as web push, which means that it works with most niches.

Here are the most performing verticals with calendar push traffic:

  • Gambling
  • Sweepstakes
  • VPN, Antivirus
  • Betting
  • Dating
  • iOS app installs unavailable for web push

As you don’t have images here, put your efforts into testing different approaches to titles and description texts. If you check out spy tools for ideas, always add your touch to it for any vertical.

Here are some of the best approaches to the titles of calendar push ads in different verticals.

Alanbase is designed to make affiliate programs more efficient, faster, and comfortable. Among them are genuinely unique tools, such as cohort analysis for partners, as well as features that have made the software more intuitive and easier to use.

What is Alanbase?

Alanbase platform is a SaaS service for building affiliate programs and performance marketing for mobile & web apps. Designed for those in the affiliate and casino industries, this site is crafted by professionals for professionals.

Alanbase stands out as a fast and user-friendly platform, featuring pre-built templates for establishing CPA networks and affiliate programs across various sectors like iGaming, E-commerce, and online education. It offers extensive customization options, allowing users to tailor all metrics, dashboards, and statistics to their specific needs.

Additionally, Alanbase serves as an affiliate traffic tracker for media buying teams. Affiliates have the flexibility to choose which metrics they wish to monitor, enabling the platform to adapt to their requirements rather than the other way around. Media buying teams can also leverage Alanbase to streamline their workflows.

There are some achievements and updates that Alanbase did in 2024 and 2023:

  • added conversions limit;
  • simplified the work with mirrors for iGaming operators;
  • added cohort analysis for partners;
  • made a partner’s card even more informative and convenient.

Below we’ll have a look at the main platform’s updates and see what are the new Alanbase features integrations!

What’s new in Alanbase?

There are several changes that happened to Alanbase service that can be useful for all its new and existing users.

Conversions limit

1. Transfer the conversion limit from the general settings of the offer according to the conditions.

Alanbase has added a conversion limit, making it even more convenient to optimize your business strategy by setting a limit on conversions for partners, for example, by day, month, or total limit. Then, you can set up an action that is activated when the limit is exceeded, such as reducing the payout.

With this tool, the product can receive cheaper leads because the rate on them will be lower. Partners in their accounts can see their limits and payment for each conversion, which increases brand confidence because they see the amounts that they will be paid when the cap is poured.

Limits can be adjusted individually or according to general conditions:

⏫ domain ads costs start from $1.5 (CPM), native ads — from $0.001 (CPC),
⏫ ad network offers large volumes of traffic in more than 200 geos from Tier 3 to Tier 1.

Statistics

1. Creating a hint field when adding a custom column.

When you hover over the column, a hint pops up that shows how the metric is calculated and what it is needed for.

2. The ability to share basic statistics.

Now you can share statistics. The administrator just needs to set filters to show specific data and expand the window by clicking on the link. To view statistics from the link, you do not need to register or create an account:

3. Export to Excel.

Now statistics and events can be exported not only to CSV but also to XLSX.

4. Grouping statistics by city.

Statistics data can be filtered and grouped by country and city. This will help you further optimize your marketing strategies.

5. The ability to select the metrics that you want to display or hide in statistics.

To display or remove the indicator you need, just select what you need to see here and now with a couple of clicks:

6. Removed restrictions on the number of updated conversions at a time and added quick filters to conversion statistics

In Alanbase, you can update up to 5,000 conversions in one click.

7. Quick filters in conversions.

With a couple of clicks, you can filter conversions by target, a scam with a quick transition to the offer card and to the partner card, and filters by a partner and click ID.

The IP of the click is also now displayed in the same section:

8. Cohort analysis for partners.

Now not only the administrator but also every partner in your affiliate program can conduct a deep assessment of their traffic and work to improve its quality (you set up the cohort parameters for the partner by yourself and can edit them at any time).

Alanbase also added filtering and grouping by promo codes to the cohort analysis.

Cohort analysis export is now possible in 2 formats: CSV and XLSX.

Offers

1. Displaying a list of partners who are waiting for access to offers.

You no longer need to go to each offer to grant access to partners.

Now the administrator sees all the partners who are waiting for access to the offer in one convenient table and can activate it with a couple of clicks:

2. Copying the offer.

Working with offers has become even easier. You no longer need to transfer all the offer settings manually: with a couple of clicks, you can copy the offer to the same or another product. At the same time, nothing superfluous is copied: terms, landing pages, promo materials, and postbacks are removed from the offer.

3. Alanbase added a cross-link to statistics to the offer card for a quick transition to statistics with the offer filter enabled.

4. Link generation from the administrator’s account. Now, the affiliate manager does not need to log in to each partner’s account; you can generate links with a couple of clicks from the administrator’s account.

5. Exclusion of the partner from the public offer. Now you can block the partner’s access to the offer with a couple of clicks. After the exclusion, the partner will not be able to generate links and pour traffic to the offer:

6. Adding macros to links (creative id). With it, you can see the ID of the promo material that is used to drain traffic.

7. Partner ID search function in the “Individual conditions” section.

Each product has hundreds of individual conditions, and time is spent searching for each one. Now, the administrator can quickly filter conditions by partner ID.

8. Customizable landing page activity period.

Now you can insist on the period of landing page activity within the product or offer. This feature is especially useful for betting products when the life of the offer should coincide with the duration of a sporting event. If traffic is directed to the deactivated landing page in Alanbase, it is automatically generated to the main target link of the offer, and you do not lose traffic.

9. Available offers in the main menu.

Now, the partners can see in the main menu all the offers that are available to them to receive a referral link.

Management of partners

1. Massive change of partners.

Now, in Alanbase, you can change the settings of specific partners, a small group, or all at once. For example, you can link partners to a specific manager or add tags for convenience.

2. The source of the partner’s registration is displayed in the administrator’s account.

Now, it has become even more convenient to evaluate the effectiveness of your advertising campaigns to find partners. The administrator sees the source of the partner’s registration and can monitor the effectiveness of each channel to optimize the strategy and budget.

3. Partners card

Alanbase has updated the partner’s card and made it more informative and functional. Now all work with the partner can be carried out in the partner’s card.

Added to the functionality:

  • detailed balance display;
  • cross-links;
  • link generator;
  • postback management;
  • management of payment methods;
  • display a list of all invoices and referrals.

4. Generation of the QR code of the tracking link of the offer for the partner.

Now you can pour not only on the referral link but also get a QR code directly in the Alanbase account. This mechanic is popular in some geo for offline promotion. The partner just needs to press one button and generate a code. Generation is available both from the admin’s account and from the partner’s account:

API

1. Working with invoices via the external API.

With this method, you can exchange payment information with the internal accounting CRM and Alanbase.

2. API for managing promo codes.

With this method, you can create unique bundles, such as starting your player base as referrals in Alanbase.

Upgrade of dashboards

Two new widgets have been added to the dashboard:

  • pie charts;
  • quick navigation to the partner’s card.

Management of products

In this section, you manage the products and brands that are added to the affiliate network.

Alanbase has added to it:

1. The possibility of sharing access to statistics for offers of a particular brand or product to various affiliate managers. With this feature, the manager will not see the entire volume of traffic that passes through your partner network; only his part will be visible.

2. A field for internal notes, in which you can mark important data for the product.

3. To save time, Alanbase added the most commonly used goals to the goal creation form. Now, you can create them with a couple of clicks.

Settings

1. Customizable items in the partner menu.

Now, in the settings, you can add up to 3 custom links to the menu for display at the partner. This feature will help you share the necessary information and links with your partners. Just add the desired item, attach the link, and your partners will see the data in their accounts.

You can add any links to the menu, for example:

  • to your social networks;
  • to the sites;
  • on the YouTube channel;
  • on the information boards;
  • any link you want to share.

2. Two-factor authentication

Now the partner can enable two-factor authentication by choosing one of two ways in his account:

  • email;
  • Google authentication.

3. Implementation of HMAC.

The exchange of information has become even safer. HMAC uses a secret key and hash functions to check whether the information has been changed and confirms that the message came from the person who sent it.

4. Simplified the work with mirrors for iGaming operators.

Added manual work with product mirrors from the web interface. If the domain has been banned, with just a couple of clicks, you can change the old domain to a new one in the target links of all offers or select several offers. You can also choose whether or not to use a replacement in landing pages.

Working with partner invoices

Added the reporting period and the rate at which the account was generated and recorded.

What else can you find in Alanbase?

Alanbase is a flexible affiliate program platform that is easy to customize to meet the needs of any niche. Alanbase also has ready-made presets for Gambling, Betting, Gaming products, and media buying teams.

What is a landing page in affiliate marketing?

Basically, a landing page in affiliate marketing is just a webpage with a specific offer on it. The whole point of the page is to get the visitor to do something specific.

What kind of “something specific”?

Here are some examples of a landing page for affiliate marketing:

  • Fill out a form (like a contact form or a sign-up sheet);
  • Register for an account;
  • Buy something;
  • Sign up for a subscription;
  • Put some money down (like a deposit);
  • Call a phone number;
  • Enter a contest.

Why does this matter?

When someone completes one of these actions, it’s called a “lead.” The media buyer (the person promoting the offer) and the affiliate program use leads to track how well things are going. They also get paid based on the number of leads they generate. What exactly counts as a “lead” depends on how the media buyer gets paid and what industry they’re in.

In short:
Landing pages are essential for affiliate marketing. You can’t really track results or make sales without them. They’re how you connect potential customers with the stuff you’re promoting.

A good landing page can make someone say, “Yes, I need this!” A bad one? They might just leave. If it’s not clear or seems off, you might lose their trust and a sale.

No matter if people find your page through ads, social media, or emails, the goal is always the same: get them to join your affiliate program.

Types of affiliate landing pages

First of all, landing pages can differ in layout for different types of devices. Let’s consider their varieties.

  • Mobile landing page — a web page created exclusively for viewing on smartphones. On a desktop, it will be displayed as a narrow strip of content in the middle of the screen. Suitable for affiliate marketing, Dating, the Gaming vertical, and Mobile installs.

    For some, the separation of landing pages into mobile and adaptive versions is fundamental. For example, products that are best suited for placement on Instagram are placed on simple mobile landing pages instead of adaptive ones.
  • Adaptive landing page — a web page with a unique structure that allows it to be viewed from any device. It can be used in all verticals, except those that are designed for mobile devices, for example: Utilities or Mobile games.
  • iFrame — is a form for ordering a product. Frames can be attached to the main landing page with the indication of a partner ID. They are used for Trial offers and Sweepstakes. In essence, it is a block for collecting information about conversions, which you can integrate into the landing page.

Landing pages are also tailored to different audiences and goals. A new visitor needs a different experience than a returning customer.

To help you understand which landing page is right for which situation, we’ve put together a handy table. It shows you the different types of landing pages, what they’re good for, and when to use them:

Type of Landing PageKey featuresWhat’s it for?When should you use it?
Squeeze PageSuper simple page. Minimalist design. Just enough info to get you interested, a big button, and a place to enter your email. Think “free ebook” in exchange for your email.Mainly for collecting emails so you can send marketing stuff later. Builds an email list for lead nurturing.Top of the sales funnel. Best for cold audiences and quick, low-commitment conversions.
Lead Generation PageLonger form than squeeze pages. Asks for more info (name, company, job title, etc.). Often includes compelling headlines highlighting benefits. Usually offers something valuable in return, like a free guide or webinar.Captures leads by gathering visitor information. Provides more qualified leads with detailed data.Top and Middle of the sales funnel. Good for people who are interested but need a little more convincing.
Click-Through PageNo forms to fill out! Minimal distractions. Just a page with info about a product/service and a big button that takes you to the next step (like a “Buy Now” page). Warms up visitors and directs them to the next stage of the sales funnel (e.g., a sales page, pricing page, etc.). Prepares leads for a purchase decision.Middle of the sales funnel. Effective for nurturing leads and moving them closer to a purchase.
Sales Page (Short Form)Concise and to-the-point. Assumes you already know about the product and just need a little nudge to buy. Focuses on key benefits and a strong CTA.Directly sells a product/service. Best for impulse buys or low-cost items.Bottom of the sales funnel. Used when the audience is already aware of the product/service and ready to buy.
Sales Page (Long Form)Comprehensive and detailed.Lots of info, testimonials, FAQs, and everything you need to know before buying. Addresses potential objections and builds trust.Convinces people to buy by giving them all the details and building trust. Good for expensive or complex products.
Bottom of the sales funnel. Ideal for high-value products/services that require more explanation and trust-building.

Best practices for affiliate marketing landing pages in 2025

There are several main tips to create a really working landing page, Partnerkin team collected most of them below!

1. Grab attention with clear headlines and subheadlines

When someone visits your page, the first thing they see is your headline. Make it interesting and pair it with a subheadline that supports it. This helps grab their attention and makes them want to learn more.

Example:

Right away, when you land on the page, you see a big title that says ‘Join our Affiliate Program.’ Then, just below that, there’s a little more text that tries to get you excited about the program by saying ‘Transform lives by sharing the world’s best learning experience.'”

In simpler terms, the page immediately tells you what it’s about (joining the affiliate program) and tries to convince you it’s a good idea by saying you’ll be helping people.

Tip: Add a sense of urgency or curiosity to your headlines to keep visitors interested. Take Slack’s landing page, for example. They try to get you to buy their product right away by offering a 50% discount if you purchase it immediately:

2. Make your CTA stand out

Your Call-to-Action (CTA) is what tells visitors what to do next. Make it bold and clear. Use action words like “Get Your Offer” or “Join Now” (just like Canva does). Avoid vague phrases like “Click Here.”

Tip: Try different colors and placements for your CTA button. Make sure it’s easy to find at the top and bottom of the page.

3. Keep forms simple

Don’t ask for too much information in your forms. Aim for no more than seven fields. A simple form makes it easier for visitors to sign up.

Tip: If you need a longer form, break it into smaller steps and show a progress bar. Make sure it works well on mobile devices.

4. Test different versions

Write clear and concise copy. Use bullet points and headers to make your points quickly. Always test different versions of your copy and CTA to see what works best.

Here’s what you can test:

Tip: Pay attention to what the data tells you. Testing helps you understand what converts visitors.

5. Use social proof

People trust other people’s opinions. Include real testimonials with names and photos. Show expert endorsements and trust badges like “SSL Secured.”

Here’s how AdsEmpire do it:

Tip: Use fresh reviews from sites like Yelp or Trustpilot. Place trust signals near your CTA to build credibility.

Let’s take Trainual as an example. Right below the “Get a demo” button, you’ll find a selection of reviews:

And if you scroll down a bit, you’ll see even more feedback from happy customers:

6. Ensure mobile-friendliness

Many people use their phones to browse the web. Make sure your page looks good and works well on mobile devices.

Here’s a great example of OnlyBet mobile landing page:

Tip: Optimize images and use AMP to speed up loading times. Aim for a load time under 3 seconds to keep visitors from leaving.

7. Place key information above the fold

Ensure critical elements like your headline, main offer, and CTA are visible without scrolling. This captures attention immediately and encourages further engagement.

Check out Pin-Up partners – their landing page is a perfect example of how to deliver key information instantly:

If you’ve noticed a pattern, you’re not alone! Both this example from Pin-Up partners and the previous one from OnlyBet prove that red and black landing pages are the go-to choice for Gambling Affiliate Programs

There’s a reason for this — these bold colors are impossible to ignore, and together, they create a striking combination that grabs attention and draws you in. And if you introduce a touch of green into the mix, it becomes even more eye-catching.

8. Optimize for SEO

To help your page rank higher in search results, use a unique URL, optimize title and header tags, and write a good meta description. Name your images appropriately and focus on getting backlinks.

Tip: Include your landing page link in blog posts, website pages, and share it with affiliate partners to improve its search ranking.

9. Add a thank you page

After someone takes action, send them to a thank you page or show a thank you message. This confirms that you received their information.

Tip: Use the thank you page to offer more value or guide them to other relevant content.

Example #1: HubSpot is keeping it simple but effective:

Example #2: Optimizely nurtures its leads

Optimizely does it a bit differently from HubSpot. After you download a guide from Optimizely, you’ll land on a thank you page. You can grab your guide right there with a handy download button (don’t worry, it’s also sent to your email!).

And that’s not all – below the download button, you’ll find some other articles and resources that might interest you. It’s a great way to keep promoting your stuff!

Optimizely Nurtures its Leads

Example #3: Wrike is being strategic

Wrike, a project management tool, does something smart on their thank you page. After you sign up for their free trial, they ask a quick 3-question survey. This helps them understand how serious you are about using their software and gives their team valuable info to help you better.

Plus, Wrike’s marketing team cleverly used the thank you page to build trust – they added social proof, which we’ve covered before. Seeing logos from giants like Google and Tiffany sends a clear message: ‘If they trust us, you can be confident in our services too.’

10 high-converting examples of landing pages

Below you’ll find top 10 examples of landers and explanation why they actually bring conversions!

1. Serious.Partners

This landing page really pulls in affiliate conversions! Serious.Partners is a prime example of how to build a landing page that attracts affiliates and gets them signing up. According to the Partnerkin team, it’s the best one among all the affiliate marketing landing page examples.

Let’s dive into what makes the Serious.Partners affiliate landing page effective, and where it could be even better.

High-сonverting practices:

  • Strong call to action (CTA): The “Join us now” CTA is prominent, visually appealing, and repeated throughout the page. This encourages visitors to take the desired action. And here’s a cool touch: the benefits of joining the program are dynamically showcased, circling around the ‘Join us now’ button.
  • Compelling headline: They use persuasive language that speaks directly to the target audience (“WE DO THE JOB — YOU MAKE MONEY”).  This grabs attention and keeps visitors engaged.
  • Social proof: Mentioning their client base and highlighting successful partnerships builds credibility and trust. They’ve got the social proof to back it up, featuring reviews from trusted sites like Trustpilot, Partnerkin, and more.
  • Clean and professional design: The page primarily uses a blue and white color scheme. Blue is often associated with trust, stability, and professionalism, which aligns well with the brand’s message of being a reliable partner. The white provides a clean backdrop and enhances readability. The page is visually appealing and easy to navigate. The uncluttered design keeps the focus on the key information. The animated astronauts add a touch of whimsy and personality to the page.
  • Mobile-friendly design: The page adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes, ensuring a positive user experience on any device.

2. V.Partners

The V.Partners landing page is clean, modern, and effectively communicates their value proposition. Maybe it’s not as visually appealing as Serious.Partners (there are no flying astronauts), but it still does its job extremely well.

Here’s a short breakdown of the high-converting practices they employ:

  1. The headline “Your traffic matters” immediately grabs attention and clearly states what V.Partners offers. It’s concise and impactful. Although there’s no subheading, it’s not that necessary and it doesn’t distract from the headline.
  2. Using ‘Start earning’ as the call to action is a smart move, likely resulting in higher click-through rates compared to the standard ‘Click here’ or ‘Join’.
  3. To build trust, they’ve included testimonials and showcased their achievements – letting their success speak for itself.

3. Mostbet partners

Mostbet is similar to V.Partners, but it stands out with more engaging images and a less minimalistic design. The “Register” button matches the logo’s color, making it pop against the dark blue background.

Even though the button simply says “Register,” it effectively gets the job done. This website is a great example of a landing page for Betting Affiliate Programs.

4. Alpha Affiliates

This one really stood out! The visuals of one of the affiliate website examples are stunning, especially the cat (giving us total lucky Chinese cat vibes!).

That, combined with a vibrant red CTA button against a cool gray background, creates a look that’s both minimalist and eye-catching. They also cleverly build trust with an awards section and a helpful FAQ to get to know the company better.

5. 1xbet

You know what’s really cool about this landing page? It’s clear the designers weren’t just going through the motions – they created something that actually makes you stop and look. The star of the show has to be their clever use of circular designs. Right off the bat, you’re greeted by this awesome spinning Earth with gaming items orbiting around it – think poker cards, sports balls, and boxing gloves. Pretty neat, right?

But wait, it gets better! They’ve added this subtle but hypnotic pulsing circle around their “Join us now” button that’s practically impossible to ignore. It’s like it’s gently nudging you to click it!

We fell in love with this page because it’s basically a masterclass in landing page design. They’ve nailed all the essentials: a crystal-clear call-to-action, a headline that grabs your attention, and all the important stuff right where you can see it without scrolling.

Partnerkin team

Plus, they’ve included those trust-building elements we all look for – customer reviews, partner logos, and even a handy FAQ section. It’s like they read our minds about what makes a landing page work!

6. ShipBob

Look at this landing page. Nothing special, right? But then you notice the toy trucks! I spent a good five minutes just watching them scoot back and forth.

These cute little 3D trucks represent ShipBob’s shipping partners, and they’re seriously mesmerizing. I was so distracted by them, I almost didn’t notice the missing call to action (CTA) button and the somewhat vague value proposition.

So, while the minimalist design, polished look, and strong graphics are great, the lack of a prominent CTA is a major conversion killer. Burying the CTA at the bottom of the page, below the fold, forces users to scroll down to find it, which many won’t bother to do.

This needs to be fixed ASAP!

7. TonyBet

This landing page caught our eye with its clean, minimalist design – it’s simple, yet surprisingly captivating. We especially liked the “Join Now and Benefit” button; it’s a clear call to action that highlights the value proposition right away.

Plus, showcasing a list of their providers is a smart move; it instantly builds trust and credibility by leveraging social proof.

8. Netflix

Netflix’s landing page is a masterclass in minimalism. Instead of clutter, they use a backdrop showcasing their massive library of shows — talk about a powerful visual!

The small, centered CTA button and the login tucked away in the corner are subtle but effective. They know their brand is strong enough to drive conversions without shouting.

9. Rippling

Rippling’s landing page nails clarity and social proof. The headline, “Magically Simplify HR, IT and Finance,” instantly grabs your attention. Then, they quickly tell you how they solve your problems: managing payroll, benefits, devices, and more – all in one place.

Before you even scroll down, you know this product is popular and solves a real pain point. Ready to learn more? Just add your email. Even better, Rippling tailors the landing page to your specific needs. Searching for HR solutions? You’ll see an HR-focused page. Need payroll help? They’ve got a page for that too!

Okay, if we’re really nitpicking, the “See Rippling” CTA is a bit vague. It doesn’t exactly tell you what clicking it will do. Turns out, it takes you to a demo booking form. So maybe Rippling knows exactly what they’re doing after all.

10. Pin-up casino

Last but not least, here’s a great example of a mobile-optimized landing page from Pin-Up Casino.

They know how to grab attention on the small screen, hitting you right away with a tempting bonus offer: “Sign Up and Take the Bonus.” Simple, yet incredibly effective.

With insights from the experienced Stefan Muehlbauer, we’ll uncover the nitty-gritty of this role and discover what it takes to not just survive but thrive in the fast-paced world of affiliate marketing.

What is an affiliate manager?

An affiliate manager is a person who works in affiliate programs and networks, manages them, helps webmasters to choose offers, traffic sources, create a promotion strategy, provides them with promo materials, negotiates partnerships, resolves issues, and takes part in many other processes.

A good specialist can help partners earn a lot of money, because it is a part of the interes. Therefore, the expert must have a deep knowledge in the field or strive to become one. They work to organize and improve the strategy, aiming for the best outcomes for everyone included: marketers and advertisers.

What does an affiliate manager do?

Talking about affiliate marketing managers’ responsibilities in detail, we can highlight the following points that this professionals usually do.

Main responsibilities of an affiliate manager

  • Recruit new affiliates.
    Managers search for affiliates who truly understand and connect with the company’s values and target audience. They actively reach out to and guide new marketers, providing them with all they need to confidently promote offers;
  • Build strong relationships.
    For managers, it’s all about building friendships with advertisers and affiliates. They make sure to keep in touch regularly, answering questions, providing advice, and fostering a sense of trust. By creating a supportive environment, they help affiliates shine and stay committed to the partnership;
  • Improving performance.
    Managers keep a close eye on how well affiliate campaigns are doing. They track important metrics like conversion rates and revenue, using this data to fine-tune strategies and provide affiliates with helpful insights to boost their results;
  • Providing creative support.
    Making sure affiliates have the tools they need to succeed is a top priority for affiliate managers. They oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials like banners and links, giving affiliates what they need to make their marketing efforts shine;
  • Keeping things ethical and safe.
    Maintaining the integrity of affiliate programs is a big job for managers. They make sure everyone plays by the rules, watch out for any shady behavior, and step in to protect the brand’s reputation and the interests of affiliates and customers;
  • Staying ahead of the game.
    Affiliate managers are always on the lookout for the next big thing in the industry. They keep up with trends, explore new opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the table to ensure the affiliate marketing program stays innovative and competitive.

How to be an affiliate manager: Insight from Affpal

We talked to Stefan Muehlbauer, an expert in affiliate management, business development, and HR. He shared with us his insights about the affiliate industry. In turn, we also want to tell you about the difficulties affiliate managers face, how to help them enter the field and what trends await us in 2025.

Who is Stefan Muehlbauer?

Stefan Muehlbauer, also known as Affpal, is a public speaker, author of The Affiliate Management Starter Kit, and runs Affjobs.com, a recruitment portal specifically tailored for affiliate managers, and he also manages the Affiliate program “Masters in Cash”.

How tailored HR platforms for affiliate managers can help teams navigate the competitive landscape and attract top talent for success?

When new people join a company they suffer from the lack of support they are getting. It’s not because the companies and the supervisors are evil or arrogant and they don’t want to talk to new people. The problem is that this industry is so busy, and people barely have time to train somebody.

Therefore, the question arises: how to become an affiliate manager?

The training has to be like very much on the fly and on the chop directly. And from the first days this person has to be involved in the daily operations and practically absorb the staff themself. This is the most important thing that people have to be hungry to learn by himself and they have to ask the right questions because this is how you can get help.

There is usually no hand holding that somebody sits with you every day for two hours and explains the stuff. But when you request it, everybody will make time to help you. So, the companies have to encourage people to ask questions and ask for help. What is more, the companies should provide new affiliate managers with a basic education. This is how people can start in the industry and get fast on track.

⏫ ad network offers large volumes of traffic in more than 200 geos from Tier 3 to Tier 1.

What are the key strategies for success in the first three months for a new affiliate manager?

How to be a good affiliate manager? It’s important to understand how this industry works. You have to learn your terms, speak with all the departments in the company to examine all the aspects of the project. It’s good if the company already has a SWOT analysis or VIKI that they can go through and ask the right questions. And the rest of the training should be done as much as possible hands on.

I recommend joining as many chats as possible, and in these chats be like an observer. And after that you can go back to the somebody in the company and ask the things or figure it out by yourself.

What are the biggest challenges affiliate managers face today and what we can expect in the near future?

There are a lot of challenges nowadays for affiliate marketing managers.

One of them is that verticals start to compete more with each other on the same traffic sources. The most obvious ones are Dating 18+, iGaming, Nutra verticals that are highly approached to make money. For example, Dating campaigns go back to Facebook. So, if you are an affiliate manager working with Facebook traffic, pay your attention to this niche.

Many good affiliate managers left the companies to make their own programs or networks which wasn’t possible 10-12 years ago. There weren’t so many SAAS solutions earlier that take over everything you need to run a network. Now, there are so many options on the market that are affordable and easy to run even if you have not a deep technical understanding. This is a problem for companies, because when their employee quits, they get another competitor.

Another problem for affiliate managers is that it shifted a lot from individual affiliates to teams of affiliates. So, when you have teams of affiliates, and these guys are professionals with hundreds of people, it’s harder to build a personal relationship with these people. But personal connection is so important in this industry.

Networking, conferences, and meetups as key factors in the affiliate world

To build my personal brand it took me nearly 15 years and I made a rondout calculation that it cost me and the companies that were sending me to the conference is most probably something like $200,000. So, that is not something that you can do overnight.

Start by building your personal brand through becoming a go-to expert in a specific field, which can be quite diverse within the realm of affiliate management. For instance, if you specialize in providing white-label solutions, make sure to engage with your partners, and the wider market. It’s important that people see you as the person to turn to for this kind of expertise. This is the first step in carving out your niche.

There are so many podcasts out there about the online marketing industry, you can always find an opportunity to speak somewhere. And what I can recommend is, if you are doing it for the first time, do it in the language that you speak by mother. When you are speaking in a foreign language and this language is far from your native, you will have an additional challenge besides being nervous.

Then, of course, you can use the people that you work with as like a multiplicator. When you do some features with them together, usually everybody is sharing so that another audience is seeing your stuff as well. That is also something that is helping, you don’t have to do it alone.

Coming back to the conferences, there are a lot of events where I practically go without any expectations. I go there just for networking. So, I recommend you really to visit one time per year a conference that has close to nothing to do with your vertical to see a different perspective.

What are time management strategies that help affiliate managers to be effective?

There are 5 strategies that help me not to be overwhelmed:

1. I eliminate anything that distracts me from work. I used to eat lunch while watching YouTube, but I stopped. I realized that even after finishing my food, I still wanted to finish watching the video;

2. When I wake up early in the morning, I should just get out of bed. Previously, I would spend two hours rolling around in bed doing nothing, thinking, “Oh, it’s only 6:00, I can sleep for another two to three hours.” Now, I simply get up and gain an extra two hours in my day;

3. I’ve noticed that I had repetitive tasks that I could delegate to someone else. That’s when I decided to hire additional help. This way, tasks can be done more efficiently;

4. I also started using a virtual assistant. Affiliate managers often spend too much time on repetitive tasks like creating links and ensuring details are up to date. These tasks can easily be outsourced to a virtual assistant;

5. I keep a whiteboard with all my important tasks listed. Although it doesn’t detail how to do each task, seeing these reminders every time motivates me to tackle them. I refresh this board weekly with new tasks. Having it physically next to me, rather than in a task management software, significantly boosts productivity.

Predictions for major trends in affiliate marketing for 2025, including recruitment trends

I notice a significant difference in the way people approach recruitment.

Previously, recruitment services were a one-stop solution for everyone. However, with big companies establishing their own HR departments, they are less inclined to collaborate with external recruiters. Talent scouts within these companies have more autonomy but may lack the budget, motivation, or willingness to engage external assistance when they believe they can handle the process internally.

Some companies lacking an HR department opt not to interview affiliate managers or media buyers themselves. Instead, they request us to provide the top 2-3 pre-selected candidates for the final decision.

Furthermore, companies now assign tasks for candidates to complete before interviews — a practice that is becoming increasingly common.

I anticipate that AI will play a more significant role in areas that are not immediately apparent. For instance, a portion of the affiliate management role may become automated in the future.

I also observe a trend of the East and West coming together more closely. Many Western companies are now hiring individuals from the CIS region.

Final thoughts

Being an affiliate manager is like being a jack-of-all-trades. You’re out there recruiting new affiliates, nurturing those relationships, fine-tuning strategies for better outcomes, and making sure everyone’s playing fair.

According to Stefan Muehlbauer insights, you’ve got to dive deep into the industry, pick up the lingo, collaborate with different teams, and learn by doing. It’s no walk in the park, with competition heating up, a move towards teamwork, and the struggle to keep that personal touch in a digital world.

In this journey, networking, attending events, and managing your time wisely are your best mates. Building your own brand, mingling with peers, and making every minute count through smart task management and delegation are your tickets to success.

Looking ahead to 2025, the hiring game is changing gears. Companies are taking more control over recruitment, relying more on internal resources, and AI might just swoop in to lend a helping hand. Let’s not forget the exciting mix of talent from different countries shaping the industry’s future.

As the affiliate marketing world keeps on evolving, remember to stay adaptable, proactive, and well-connected to surf the waves of change and grab hold of the new opportunities that come your way!

Introduction to Keitaro Tracker

Since 2017, Keitaro Tracker has stood out as a leading affiliate marketing tracker for media buyers and affiliate marketers. By offering a self-hosted platform, Keitaro gives users full control of their data and empowers them with advanced customization options.

Unlike cloud-based trackers, Keitaro works directly on your server, eliminating traffic or storage limits while keeping costs low. With a reliable support team and frequent updates, Keitaro helps affiliates track and optimize campaigns of any scale.

Features and Advantages of Keitaro Tracker

Keitaro’s extensive features make it a powerful tool for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns. Here’s a closer look at its key advantages:

1. Advanced Traffic Distribution and Optimization

Keitaro equips users with sophisticated traffic management tools that allow for detailed segmentation, which boosts conversion tracking by targeting users with the best offers or landing pages based on specific conditions like geolocation, device, or browser type.

Keitaro offers multiple traffic control options, including:

  • Visitor Binding: Keitaro directs users back to previously visited offers, increasing the chances of conversions.
  • Weighted Traffic Distribution: This allows you to allocate more traffic to high-performing offers or landing pages for maximum campaign efficiency.
  • Flow Rules: Sets precise rules that control traffic routing, ensuring that each user sees the most relevant content.

2. Real-Time Data Updates and Detailed Analytics

Keitaro keeps you up-to-date with data refreshing every minute, making it perfect for affiliates who need to adjust strategies quickly. The tracker captures clicks, unique clicks, conversions, and revenue from all traffic sources, giving a comprehensive view of performance.

  • Customizable Reports: Keitaro’s dashboards allow you to filter data by campaigns, offers, landing pages, and traffic sources. You can group specific metrics for deeper insights and export reports in formats like CSV or Excel.
  • Traffic Source Analysis: Track each channel’s performance by device and location to pinpoint which sources drive the highest returns. Use this data to optimize budgets and cut spending on underperforming channels.

3. Built-In Anti-Fraud Features

Keitaro actively protects your campaigns from fraud with bot filtering and customizable IP blacklists and whitelists. The tracker updates its spam bot database every two weeks, helping prevent click fraud and save your ad budget. Keitaro also lets you add custom bot lists and filter traffic based on user profiles to create even stronger defenses.

4. Privacy and Data Control

With this tracking tool, you control your data from start to finish. Keitaro self-hosted tracker supports direct server installation, giving full control over data storage and security. Businesses in regulated industries and those prioritising privacy can appreciate this complete data control. Plus, Keitaro includes GDPR-compliant settings (Settings → Use tracking cookies) to ensure user data stays secure and confidential.

5. Efficient Traffic Management and Local Landing Pages

Keitaro simplifies traffic and landing page management by allowing direct uploads to the tracker, which removes the need for external redirects. With this, users can run A/B tests on various landing pages and direct traffic to top-performing options. By hosting landing pages locally, Keitaro also ensures faster loading times, reducing bounce rates and improving conversion potential.
